Processing Time

All stock available will be dispatched within 24 hours unless they are made to order products which in that case will be indicated in the product details how long will it take to be shipped. 

Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday through to Friday.

We DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes addresses

* Fragile products shipping fee is charged based on the product's volumetric weight. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Rates are calculated based on the weight of all products in the shopping cart and the country of destination.

The price starts at $10 USD 

Free Shipping on all orders over $250 USD

All orders have an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days

Orders from a single manufacturer:

When a customer orders products from a single manufacturer, the products will be dispatched in the next 24 hours unless some of the products have to be manufactured. Usually, the products that have to be manufactured will have the information in their description. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 4-5 business days to any country.

Orders with products from different manufacturers:

When a customer orders products from different manufacturers. All the products will be shipped to our warehouse in the next 24 hours unless some of the products have to be manufactured. Usually, the products that have to be manufactured will have the information in their description. Once all the products of the order are in our warehouse the order will be processed, packaged, labeled, and shipped in the next 24 hours. Once shipped the estimated delivery time is 4-5 business days to any country

CUSTOMS

Customs and import duties are charged once the shipment reaches the destination country. Unfortunately, we can't advise whether this will be charged nor the value.

Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
